Light-sensitive device analysis simulator
Simulation analysis tool for photosensitive devices using APSYS and FDTD.
Seamless work and device simulation are possible with the device simulator APSYS and FDTD (with variations). The functionality is demonstrated using example problems related to FDTD for 2D and 3D structured devices included in the APSYS-FDTD package. A 64-bit CPU and OS are required for simulating complex 3D structures, but APSYS is already compatible.
